The DisplayMaker Esprit is designed to appeal equally to the first time wide-format printer buyer or the printmaker looking to expand their capabilities. Combining many of the best features of the award winning DisplayMaker Series XII printer, the Esprit is a 52" or 62" wide, 8-color printer (can be upgraded to 12 colors) with an adjustable head height, and straight through paper path for printing on rigid media. 8-Printhead Design
Uses tri-level multi-density inks to achieve continuous-tone quality images with an apparent 1800 dpi image resolution. Upgradable to 12 printheads for higher speed printing or color gamut expansion.
Automation Eye
Automates calibration to ensure accurate, high quality printing. AutoSet automatically aligns all 12 printheads with digital accuracy. AutoJet eliminates banding by mapping out under performing jets.
52" and 62" Widths
Increases productivity by enormous proportions.
Productivity
Print up to 160 sq. ft. / hour at 600 dpi, or up to 55 sq. ft. / hour at an apparent 1200 or 1800 dpi. Add the option 12-color upgrade and boost that productivity to up to 220 sq. ft. / hr. at 600 dpi and up to 110 sq. ft. / hr. at an apparent 1200 dpi.
Versatility
Adjustable print head height with a straight through paper path accommodates a large range of media including rigid substrates.
